Nova Scotia Kitchen: many Atlantic Canadians are likely familiar with the scene. Your great aunt, your grandparents, the sweet “neighbourhood Nan” who always invited you in for cookies or a feed of corned beef and cabbage. I tried my best to instill that sense of nostalgia into this piece. Hope you’re reminded of some warm happy kitchen from your own childhood.
